Work with Lothian Property Care
We look after properties across Edinburgh and the Lothians and pass the work to approved local trades. No pay-per-lead, no bidding war — you are sent jobs that suit your trade, and you set your own price.
1. Apply with your details
Tell us your trade, the areas you cover, your registrations and your insurance. It takes about five minutes and costs nothing.
2. Send your evidence
Upload your public liability certificate and photo identity. We check registration numbers against the relevant register — Gas Safe, SELECT, and the rest.
3. Get approved
Once the checks pass, your profile goes live in your account and you can be sent Care work in your trades and areas.
4. Price the work and get paid
You see the job, put your own price against it, and the customer decides. Our introduction fee is a fixed percentage agreed with you before any work starts.
What we ask of you
- Current public liability insurance, evidenced by certificate.
- Registration for any regulated work you carry out.
- Written prices, and no large deposits taken up front.
- Turning up when you say you will, and telling us when you cannot.
You will be asked to sign in or create an account first — that account is where your profile, your evidence and your jobs live.
