A buyer is looking for an attractive natural location in Edinburgh, the Lothians or a suitable part of Central Scotland for a potential nature-based recreational garden and outdoor wellbeing concept.
Established woodland is preferred, or rural land carrying substantial trees. Privacy, seclusion and an attractive natural environment matter more than acreage. A stream or burn, a pond, or a spring or natural water source would all be desirable, as would interesting natural features.
Vehicle access is needed, with the potential to create parking. Electricity nearby would be an advantage, and existing structures would be considered.
Any future use would be subject to planning permission, change-of-use requirements and all other necessary statutory and environmental consents. The land does not need to be on the market.
Intended use: A potential nature-based recreational garden and outdoor wellbeing concept. Future uses could include landscaped gardens, outdoor relaxation areas, sauna facilities, hot tubs and complementary nature-based amenities.
Access: Vehicle access is needed, with potential to create parking.
Services: Electricity nearby would be an advantage but is not essential.
Buildings: Existing structures would be considered rather than required.
Condition: No development is assumed. Any change of use would require the appropriate consents.
Planning: Any future use would be subject to planning permission, change-of-use requirements and all other necessary statutory and environmental consents.
