What happens after I tell you I have a matching property?
We check it against the requirement, come back to you within one working day, and — only with your permission — put you and the interested party in touch. No marketing, no listing, no commission on a sale.
Do I need my property valued before responding to a requirement?
No. A conversation costs nothing and does not commit you. Any figure would ultimately need a surveyor or a solicitor's input before terms were agreed.
Can I respond about land or a building that is not formally for sale?
Yes — most responses come from owners who were not actively marketing. Nothing is published about your property and nothing is disclosed without your say-so.
