An established landscaping business is actively looking for a suitable operational site in West Lothian, the western edge of Edinburgh and the Falkirk area.
The requirement is for commercial land or a yard of approximately 0.5 to 3 acres, though other sizes will be considered where the site otherwise suits. Excellent vehicle access is essential, with room to move and park commercial vehicles, store equipment and store materials.
Road frontage is highly desirable and strong visibility from passing traffic would be a bonus. The ability to securely fence and gate the property matters, and hardstanding, water and electricity are all preferred. Existing workshops or storage buildings would be an advantage, and sites requiring improvement are of genuine interest.
The property does not need to currently be on the market. If you own land or a yard in these areas, you can tell us about it confidentially without advertising it publicly.
Intended use: Operational base for an established landscaping business: vehicle parking, equipment storage and material storage.
Access: Excellent vehicle access is essential. Road frontage is highly desirable, as is visibility from passing traffic.
Services: Water and electricity are preferred but not essential.
Buildings: Existing workshops or storage buildings would be an advantage. Sites requiring improvement will be considered.
Condition: Sites in poor condition or needing improvement are of genuine interest.
Planning: The buyer will make its own enquiries on planning and any change-of-use requirements. Any future use would be subject to planning permission and all other necessary consents.
